Fonya Hughes is the owner of Savvy Girl Wellness and Weight Loss & Independent Consultant of Heart & Body Naturals LLC. She has a passion for helping others to be their best self through wellness & weight loss

Fonya has been in customer service for 20 years and is married to Benjamin Hughes where they both reside in Twin City Ga.

Our Company

Savvy Girl Wellness and Weight Loss is home of the Savvy Girl VIP Coaching Program. This program is dedicated to giving women the support, knowledge, and understanding needed to undergo the lifestyle change to better health.

Fonya is the author of an eBook, Mind Right & Waist Tight: The Savvy Girl Movement. This book gives detail of her personal struggles with weight loss & how she has been able to make the necessary changes to live healthier. She provides tips & beneficial information to help other women join her and be apart of The Savvy Girl Movement to better health!
